Yeah! I saw you announce it that day! I am so inspired by your actions. I am so inspired by that workshop. Of course Jasmine Star was inspiring but all the J*Jets have been just as inspiring. Thank you for that.

As for the crazy part, I would make the claim you were crazy for not doing this earlier!

Thank you SO MUCH for the ride! It was so generous of you to wait, and I am thrilled that you did! We TOTALLy got to bond and geek out over Jasmine and Twilight. HEAVEN! I don’t want to say “it was such a pleasure meeting you” because that’s just too professional, and A: It was MORE than pleasurable to meet you and B: We all aren’t very professional. 😉
It was an HONOR to say the least. You are incredibly talented, cute and quirky and I LOVE you! Meeting you and everyone else changed my life 180%. You introduced me to my first pad thai, even if I was having to google cures for spicy attacks at our table, you were down for anything (girl even told the waiter to “surprise” her at lunch!!) and were so open and honest with your photography and techniques. And back button! Oh god girl, I LOVE YOU FOR THE BACK BUTTON TIP! Like, love.
You are blow your mind talented and trust me, you will have no problem standing out in the crowd in the O.C. Hey, I never lost you once in the crowded public market, did I?

So I randomly discovered your blog, and I have to say I LOVE your video! I really hope you win a spot at the J* workshop! I was dying to go but I really have NO skill in taking videos or editing videos either so I opted not to submit a video taken with my mac haha. Anyway, I feel like you and I are very similar, and I think we would have a lot of the same questions regarding the business side of things – so I hope to see you at the CreativeLIVE workshop : )

oh my goodness! This is so beautiful. I love this post and your subtle humor and pure openness. This is something I needed to hear. I’m not exactly a photographer, or even an aspiring one… but you said something there that hit me. “Even though being a photographer is a huge part of my life, it doesn’t define me.” So. true. As i’m getting ready to get my book learnin’ on at college, I’ve got to keep it all in perspective. My job does not define who I am. Love this. Love your photos and I’ll be following your blog!
