When Jay and I started dating, his brother, Daniel started dating Desiree around the same time. Even though Daniel doesn’t remember the first time they met, it was in the University of New Mexico dinning hall and they met though mutual friends (and food). I loved how Desiree + Daniel fit together, and just knew it was a matter of time. Daniel contacted me last year about wanted to find a cool and unique way to propose to his girlfriend with me there to take photos, so we set up this elaborate idea that I needed a couple to model for me in New Mexico. So I slowly chatted about it on during Thanksgiving vacation when they were visiting us…and then a few weeks ago Jay and I flew down to New Mexico to make it a reality.  We started the day roaming around Santa Fe, and then drove up to Ghost Ranch to explore the grounds and “get photos for my website”. Dez had no idea she would be proposed to in just a few hours…
