Where do I start? I’m head over heels for these two. From the first email I could just feel the love and warmth radiating off of Mya + Casey. After their engagement session I was counting down the days till the wedding and Mya kept me happily caffeinated the entire time. (she works at starbucks!<3) 😉
We spent the wedding day at a little hidden gem in San Marcos called Twin Oaks Garden Estate . It’s an old schoolhouse from the 1800’s…complete with chalkboards, old orange tress and the prettiest reception tent I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing. It was a small weekday wedding filled with just their closest friends and family…everyone involved was just so happy to be a part of Mya + Casey’s wedding day. Including me.
Now going back to Mya + Casey…they are my dream couple. They are so relaxed, so trusting and so in love. Mya even sat down on the ground for photos without even blinking an eye. If anyone ever agrees to sitting down on the ground in an orange orchard (or any cool spot), you are my bff. Forever. And. Ever. No joke.
From the second I met the two of them I could tell Casey is Mya’s rock. I could see how with just one look they were instantly calmed in each others presence. Casey is just a sweet with her as he was with his friends and family, an amazing quality if you ask me.
Congratulations you two, and thank you for having me be a part of your wedding day…It’s a day I will never forget!
