Gretchen + Chadi { Los Angeles Cicada + St. Peter Cathedral Wedding }

I really like Gretchen + Chadi. The first time I met them was during their engagement session, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Gretchen was really close to my height (I’m 6’1″). We instantly hit it off and I was really happy to capture their wedding day.

We started the day at the prettiest getting ready room ever…The Checkers Hilton in Downtown Los Angeles. I was blown away with how relaxed Gretchen was the entire morning and how sweet her bridal party was. Kelly Zhang pampered Gretchen and the girls before heading to Our Lady of Mt. Lebanon, St. Peter Cathedral. After the ceremony we headed to the Disney Music hall for the quick portraits before going to the Cicada.

And boy the Cicada was pretty. A little dark, but the old-school Hollywood vibe was perfect. It was the perfect backdrop for the insane amount of dancing that took place that night… just how it’s suppose to be. 😉

This cute little dude is Gretchen’s son. He was the sweetest, well-behaved boy I’ve ever seen at a wedding. He took his job so seriously and just seeing him and Gretchen together made my heart happy. He also had his very own ring for the wedding. So. Cute.

Funnest-Photo-bomb-Ever. All thanks to one of the groomsmen…he ran off and talked to a group of High School Grads that randomly had an event that day at the Music Hall and got them to run into the photo nu-announced.
