Things are changing up-in-here.
In the last few months, something was missing. Not so much in my photography, but what I wanted to say and show to the world. And by the world I mean the 3 people that read my blog.
I felt like I just had too much stuff. I needed to do a winter cleaning if you will. So I redesigned my blog, and decided to drop my watermark on all future posts. When I asked people about my new design the first thing they would say is “what if people steal your photos?”
I thought about it and realized I’m really not that worried. Whatever happens, happens. I have to trust my path and just jump in.
Also, this new look is happening at the right time. 2 year and 6 days ago I started this blog. When I started this blog I never knew I was actually going to make it. Quit my design job and actually take photos for a living. If I had a back-to-the-future flashback, I think past me would call present me crazy.
So to those on the same path or just starting it…don’t worry. Whatever happens due to hard work, happens.

I must say i like the no watermark look, it lets the eye focus on the photos more. I am proud to be one of your 3 (im sure there are waay more non-commenting blog stalkers out there)readers. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I cant believe your not über famous yet because to be quite frank your work rocks!! big time.
From the beginning I never used a watermark, totally agree. It’s not like they can’t steal it if it has a watermark. Love the photos and cheers to you celebrating 2 years on this blog!

Candice, I love how you edited the images above. They look so fresh. I’ve been battling with the watermark thing…I started slowly taking it away from my images..then I broke down and added it back to all of my images on my blog last night lol… I think it gets in the way at times.
