Back in July my sister and I had a road trip. It wasn’t far, but it was far enough to get away from the smog-filled city. We could breath clean air, surround ourselves with green and just slow down a little bit. Seriously, live in downtown LA for a year and you will start craving trees. Just try it, I dare you.
On this 7 hour drive, I was amazed by how beautiful everything was. My camera was a permanent fixture to my face the entire car ride. I was taking photos of everything, not even caring if those photos would be blurry. For fear of dropping my camera I was shooting though a dusty car window. I didn’t care, because I just wanted to remember how amazing that car ride was, and why I should go back.
Luckily, Ashley drove almost the entire way there, because if it was me behind the wheel we wouldn’t of made it. I seriously wanted to set up a tent off the road and try out my Man vs Wild skills. Maybe Bear Grills would save me from a grizzly. Or an angry cow.
