Angel + Chris { Rio De Janeiro, Brazil – Destination Elopement }

As we were getting on the flight in Miami we only knew a few things:
#1 – Between the three of us, we could speak a mix of English, Spanish and a few words of Portuguese (me less than everyone else).
#2 – We were okay without having a solid plan. It was only 3 days in Brazil, so keeping things simple and relaxed was our goal.
#3 – Angel and Chris will be married by the time we come back to the states.

Elopements mean so much to me. Especially after my own wedding…because like most couples, we played with the idea pretty much every day while planning. Marriage means so much more than the party or the piece of paper that you sign in the courthouse, it’s a promise, commitment, and choice to choose that person every day. And after seeing the Rio De Janeiro Botanical Garden, we knew it was the perfect place for their elopement…

Thank you Angel + Chris for letting me into such an intimate moment between the two of you, it’s a day I will never forget and will always treasure.
