Temecula Group Shootout { Part 1 }

Whenever I have free time, I love going to styled shoots and workshops. It gives me time to play, test out new equipment, teach what I have learned and meet other photographers or vendors. Last weekend I made my way down to Temecula for a small “Mock Wedding / Trash the Dress” shootout put together by Nikki Evans. It was only a group of 30 or so amazing people that all came together and gave what they could.

Dave Perez provided the 3-4 acre location in Temecula. I couldn’t of wished for a better space. In one corner you could see lamas and in the other corner you would find a teal colored abandoned shed. Even after walking around and shooting for 3 hours I still had a million places I wanted to shoot.

The makeup was done by the fantastic Kimberly Braglone. After working with her on 5+ shoots, I would definitely recommend her to any of my clients.

Flowers were provided by Rebecca Castillo, and I had just as much fun photographing them as I did the models. We all know how much I love the girlie details.

Speaking of amazing girlie details, the hair pieces were designed and provided by Heather Molina of Bowsnberries.com. Also, the dresses were from la Boutique Consignments and donated by Eve Faulkner.

Now on to the photos…
